Desiged specifically for the developing Grass Roots player 5-8 years old.
This program rotates on a six week phase cycle.
It will currently be at Northwoods indoor on Sundays from 6-7pm.
All players have to be registered members for 2021/2 & in possession of their Sky Blue 2022 performance shirt.
Membership is included in your initial academy joining registration
All players are to bring their correct size ball pumped up correctly.
Wear Soccer cleats and their PASS Performance shirt
Wear shin guards and bring water.
Dependent on levels and abilities the session format will cover:
Mastery games.
Speed agility & quickness relays.
Fun Player empowered 1v1 & 2v2 transition games.
