PASS Coaching Moment
From over twenty years in the business of Coaching Education one of the hardest arts to a coaches craft is 'FINDING THE COACHNG MOMENT'
This clinic is based around that 'Moment". The main focus of the clinic is to breakdown the game in to finding the moment, locating the breakdown in technique or tactic and fixing the problem thorugh recreation, rehearsal and the ability to restart the game at the necessary moment. This is the art to the improvement in coaching.
Course Format:
Coaches plan and prepare Small Sided Games to teach chosen technical topics. PASS directly with the coach, (all others watch and pick up ideas) coach the session together. Alternatly picking coaching moments from the session applicable to the topic. Guideance,education and example are the direction given throughout this clinic.
This course does not only guide the coaches,but is a fully fledged technical or tactical clinic to the demonstartion players it coaches
The course can be run on a Coach to Coach basis where full flow and direction is required on a personal basis.
Duration:
4-5 hours dependent on number of coaches attending clinic
