NSCAA Special Topics Diploma: Soccer Specific Fitness

In an effort to better meet the needs of the modern player, the modern coach, and the modern
game NSCAA Texas is proud to offer a non-residential Special Topics Diploma on the
implementation, maintenance and analysis of a soccer specific fitness program on February
11, 2011 in Frisco, Texas to help coaches learn how to better improve the overall athleticism
and fitness of their soccer athletes as a means of improving those players’ soccer
development and performance.
The course’s curriculum will include classroom presentations and field sessions by:
• Neil Hull, NSCAA National Academy Staff and NSCAA Texas State Technical Coordinator
• Eve Pearson, Sports Dietician for Nutrition Works and former nutritionist for FC Dallas
• Joseph White, Athletic Trainer, Frisco Liberty HS
• A first team fitness coach from a professional or collegiate soccer program
This course will be a unique opportunity for coaches to learn new techniques and
methodologies to improve their players’ abilities and should not be missed! To register to
