Dear Neil, I just wanted to tell you how much Micah has enjoyed your camp this week and how much I believe it has already helped her. Micah has always been very coordinated, but she is not a forceful child, and so once she was elevated to higher age groups and levels her skill set stayed up with her competition, but her courage and confidence did not, and she began to retreat from an offensive mindset to a purely defensive, totally "pass" minded person. She makes for a good teammate(at least from the standpoint that others like playing with her) because she always gets everyone else the ball from her midfield position, but she never takes on players when she has the ball and never looks to score,,, and I think she could. Your camp has helped her to think more about beating the person in front of her, which is fantastic. The long drive down from Austin each morning has been a bit much, but it has been worth it. I just wish you and your staff and the Coerver approach were offered here in Austin. There is no telling how quickly Micah could improve and where she could go with sustained training like this. Honestly, this is so much better than her last 3 years of DI select. Thanks, Sincerely, Rev. John C. Stennfeld p.s. Is there anyway to get Coerver started in Austin? There are a lot of players here.

Neil, many times people believe it goes without saying and people don't say it enough! Thank you for helping our program move to the next level!

The weekend was pretty grim - Ben did well with his play but also at verbally directing the team. Josh sat on the sidelines...once again deeply regretting his decision to play club basketball...he can hardly wait for soccer tryouts! Rachel, Paige, and Caitlin's Sunday game was a loss 2 to 1 but the team played better. It is painfully clear the difference that Coerver makes! I guess Rachel would be my example. She has played soccer for exactly one year and two months. The game I saw (Sunday) she out played herself - using foot skills, positioning and frankly thinking about what she was doing. This is a direct result of Coerver training. Paige was not feeling well but still had a super game - . Thank you for your commitment in keeping this invaluable training here in San Antonio! Have a great week!

I do want to address Coach Neil with you! I am sure you get all sorts of complaining parents in regards to their children and playing time, and I can only imagine what you have to put up with. So what I want to do is tell you how much we appreciate coach Neil and his style. We like is strict practices and he makes the most of every minute he has the kids. We recognize that our son is the farthest behind in soccer skills than any other boy in the footskills training and thanks to Coach Neil he has greatly improved. Coach Neil is a true assest to Boerne Soccer Club and we just wanted to take the time to offer our support and appreciation for Coach Neil.

Hi Neil, Jess and Cassie enjoyed the clinic. I really think it will give Jess the extra confidence on the field. Jessie liked the clinic, she actually was trying to help Cassie at home with one of the skills I saw you showing Cassie. Cassie was excited to be included in on the clinic (she has 3 other siblings who eat and breathe soccer). I look forward to watching her and Jess on Friday nights.
