PASS AND COERVER TEXAS STATE STAFF.
The Staff of Coerver Texas and PASS are seleced from some of the most respected clubs and soccer institutions throughout South Texas. Each memebr of the Staff is 'headhunted' and has to undergo a selection and continual education process, often at their own expense. The Coerver State Staff have to hold a minimium of an NSCAA Advance Regional Diploma (level 6) and attend Coerver education credits throughout the year.
Coerver utilizes a 'deliberate' coaching philosophy, and thus, its staff have to be technically player centered, understanding their end product is not just mastery of the ball, but the player becoming their own 'Ball Master"
